Moa Soft Toy

Hi, I'm Mikaere the Moa, the gentle giant of Aotearoa! Moa have been extinct for 600 years. We stood at 3.5 metres tall. My long neck helped me to nibble on the tastiest leaves and seeds. Though I'm no longer around, my legacy lives on in stories and legends. You may be lucky enough to see Moa bones at a museum.
